Eddie Lin, Ed.D.

Founder & Chief Empowerment Officer

Eddie Lin is a senior data and AI product leader, educator, and applied researcher specializing in AI-driven workforce transformation. He brings deep expertise in LLM and AI engineering, people analytics, and impact measurement, helping organizations translate technical capability into measurable, real-world outcomes.

In addition to leading Elevation Intelligence, Eddie serves as an Industry Fellow at Harvard Business School and an Adjunct Professor of Data Science at New York University, where his work focuses on AI product research, workforce upskilling, and closing the AI skills gap between higher education and industry. Previously, he spent over five years as a Staff Data Scientist at Meta, working on large-scale, production-grade analytics and AI systems.

Eddie is a frequent speaker and instructor at international conferences and institutes, and he authors the Measure Digital Transformation newsletter on LinkedIn, where he shares practical frameworks for turning analytics into action and guiding responsible AI adoption. He graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with a doctorate in Instructional Technology & Medium and a Master of Science in Learning Analytics.
